Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

1. Agreement

By requesting an audit or hiring us for optimization work, you agree to these Terms.

2. What We Do

We provide WordPress speed optimization services focused on improving Core Web Vitals — the metrics Google uses to measure real user experience, covering loading performance, interactivity, and visual stability.

Our process includes a free speed audit, hands-on optimization work (caching, image compression, code minification, server-level tuning, and related changes), manual testing after changes are made, and a before/after report showing the results.

3. Scope of Work

Work begins only after you've reviewed the free audit and agreed to proceed. If we find additional issues once we're inside your site that would change the scope of work, we'll discuss it with you first — no extra charges apply without your agreement.

4. Payment

  • No upfront payment. We do not charge before work begins.
  • You only pay after the optimization is complete and you've seen the before/after report with real results.
  • Pricing is flat-rate and one-time, as quoted on our website at the time of your request.

5. Refunds

Because we don't collect payment upfront, there's no separate refund process — if you're not satisfied before payment, you simply don't pay. Once you've reviewed the results and chosen to pay, that payment is final for the work delivered.

6. Access We Need

  • Temporary WordPress admin access (or add us as a user) so we can perform the optimization work directly on your site.
  • Temporary Cloudflare access for edge caching setup. If you don't have a Cloudflare account, we'll create one for you — fully under your ownership.
  • A recent backup of your site before we begin. If you're not able to create one yourself, you can give us temporary hosting access instead, and we'll take a backup on your behalf before making any changes.
  • Access is revoked once work is complete, unless you request ongoing support separately.

7. Results

We optimize for real Core Web Vitals performance, not vanity metrics like a specific PageSpeed score or letter grade. Results can vary depending on your hosting, theme, plugins, and existing site structure — we don't guarantee a specific numerical score.

We're not responsible for performance regressions caused by changes made to your site after our work is complete (new plugins, theme changes, hosting migrations, etc.) by you or a third party.

8. If Something Breaks

If our changes cause an issue on your site during the project, we'll fix it — that's part of the service, which is also why a backup is required before we start. We manually test your site after changes are made and include this in your report.

9. Warranty Period

If an issue caused by our work shows up within 14 days of delivery, let us know and we'll fix it at no charge. This doesn't cover problems introduced afterward by new plugins, theme updates, hosting changes, or edits made by you or a third party.

10. Cancelling a Project

You can cancel anytime before completion — since we don't charge upfront, you won't owe anything. Any changes already made up to that point will remain unless you ask us to revert them, which we'll do using your backup.

11. Intellectual Property

Any custom code, configuration, or documentation we create as part of your optimization becomes part of your website and belongs to you. We retain the right to reference completed work (with your permission) as a case study.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
